You can buy online by selecting a product, pressing the Buy or Reserve button and filling in the enquiry form. We will then contact you to confirm the product is ready to buy, send you payment details and delivery costs. Once we have received payment by bank transfer we will deliver your product at a prearranged, convenient time.
You can come to our shop in Bath to browse and buy using cash or credit/debit cards. We love meeting our customers face to face so do pop in to say hello if you’re passing.
If you see something in the window but we are closed you can email, text or call us for more info or to reserve for 24 – 48 hours with no obligation to buy.
For free delivery in Bath we can sometimes accept card or cash payment on delivery. Please call to arrange.
All full price products can be returned in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. The buyer must pay for the product to be returned to our shop in Bath. A full refund (not including delivery) will be given within 7 days of receipt of the product if it is in the same condition as it was when delivered.
